Demolition and site removal

Concrete, asphalt, foundations and outbuildings taken out and hauled off, with utilities disconnected and the hole backfilled to something you can build on.

What we do

Scope of work.

  • Concrete and asphalt removal
  • Outbuilding and structure demolition
  • Foundation and slab removal
  • Debris loading and haul-off
  • Utility disconnect coordination
  • Backfill and site restoration

• How we approach it

Disconnect first.
Then demolish.

The expensive part of a demolition is rarely the demolition. It is an unmarked service line, an unexpected tank, or material that turns out not to be clean fill. Those get checked before the machine starts.

Questions

Demolition and site removal — FAQ

Do you handle the utility disconnects?

Coordination with the utilities is part of the job. The actual disconnect is performed by the utility or a licensed trade, and it happens before demolition starts — not during.

Can you crush concrete on site and reuse it?

On larger jobs that is sometimes worth doing, and it can cut both haul-off and import cost. On smaller jobs hauling off is cheaper. It depends on the volume.

Is asbestos or hazardous material survey included?

No. Hazardous material survey and abatement are excluded and must be completed by a licensed abatement contractor before demolition of any structure that requires it.
